b. WebEagles Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables (excluding third-party elements or proprietary tools used during development). WebEagles reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ business and project information. Unless required by law, we will not disclose any client information without consent.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
All services are provided “as is.” WebEagles makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or operation of any website once launched, including third-party platform uptime or compatibility.
